£70 for the 12 week programme – access all areas.
This will include the initial induction, supervised sessions in the gym and access to classes and the swimming pool.
£36.99 a month if you choose to continue after the programme.

We are available for consultations and sessions throughout the week.
Following the consultation, we will decide which of our classes will best suit you and advise the times and days of these.
GP Referral Times:
Tuesday: 11am – 4pm
Thursday: 12pm – 3pm
Friday: 9am – 3pm
An individual will follow a participation pathway from the very first ProActive discussion, through to, and beyond, completion of a programme of physical activity.
