Gym
£23 per month, £100 for 6 months or £6 PAYG session.
The upfront cost of the exercise referral program is £60, (including the induction fee). Anyone who pays monthly will pay £10 induction fee and £23 per month.
L4 instructor
Level 3 is the minimum standard for exercise professionals who are part of the ProActive scheme. Some providers have Level 4 instructors, who are qualified in specialist conditions.

Once you have had your induction, the supervised gym times are:
Tuesday – 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Wednesday – 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Friday – 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

An individual will follow a participation pathway from the very first ProActive discussion, through to, and beyond, completion of a programme of physical activity.
