We are available for consultations and supervised sessions on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Following the consultation, we will decide which of our classes will best suit you and advise the times and days of these.

£82 up front, classes £5.90 pay as you go

Specialist Qualifications

  • L4 instructor

    Level 3 is the minimum standard for exercise professionals who are part of the ProActive scheme. Some providers have Level 4 instructors, who are qualified in specialist conditions.
