Thursdays:

We are available for consultations and sessions throughout the week.
Following the consultation, we will decide which of our classes will best suit you and advise the times and days of these.
£60 for 12 wks upfront or contact Kings Fitness direct if struggling
£28 per month concession or £33 per month full member
An individual will follow a participation pathway from the very first ProActive discussion, through to, and beyond, completion of a programme of physical activity.
