Gym times: Mondays 9.15-10.15am and 7.30-8.30pm; Wednesdays, 9.15-10.15am; Fridays, 11.15am-12.15pm
NEXT STEPS (progression programme after initial 12 weeks)
£29.99 p/m giving access to Swimming Pool and Gym Mondays to Fridays from 10am -3pm.
L4 instructor
Level 3 is the minimum standard for exercise professionals who are part of the ProActive scheme. Some providers have Level 4 instructors, who are qualified in specialist conditions.
