Are at risk of chronic diseases due to lifestyle factors e.g. sedentary lifestyle.
Are recovering from surgery or illness and need structured rehabilitation.
Are looking for expert guidance to safely increase their physical activity.
We are available for consultations and sessions 6 days a week at various times:
Weekdays (Mon – Fri) between 9am – 3:00pm
Sundays between 08.00am – 1pm
Following the consultation, we will decide which of our sessions will best suit you and advise the times and days of these.
An individual will follow a participation pathway from the very first ProActive discussion, through to, and beyond, completion of a programme of physical activity.
