We are available for consultations and supervised sessions on Mondays and Thursdays, 8am-5pm.

Following the consultation, we will decide which of our classes will best suit you and advise the times and days of these.

Cost

There is a £10 pound induction fee and then £30 per month from then on, which includes:

Gym 8am-5pm Monday – Friday

7am -5pm Saturday

8am-5pm Sunday,

This also includes:

Swimming pool, all classes, and even racket sports!
