£25 per month with GP referral and two free classes
After scheme: Membership £28.50 per month or £3 per class
Welcome to our page, please see the availability and times of all of our sessions below.
For GP referrals, the gym hold consultations and sessions on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10am-12pm.
Following the consultation, we will decide which of our classes will best suit you and advise the times and days of these.
An individual will follow a participation pathway from the very first ProActive discussion, through to, and beyond, completion of a programme of physical activity.
